This Privacy Policy governs how JPB Solutions collects, uses, stores, protects, and handles information provided by business partners, prospective partners, and visitors to our website and digital platforms. JPB Solutions is a Philippine-based Independent Revenue Acquisition Division operating in compliance with the Republic of the Philippines Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and its implementing rules and regulations.
By engaging with our website, submitting a booking request, or entering into a partnership agreement with JPB Solutions, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.
Information We Collect
JPB Solutions collects information that is necessary to evaluate partnership fit, execute the Client Acquisition Marketing System (CAMS), and maintain effective communication with business partners. We do not collect information beyond what is required for these purposes.
Information collected includes:

Business identification details including company name, industry vertical, and principal place of business

Contact information including name, email address, and phone number of authorized representatives

Business performance data including monthly revenue range and current acquisition infrastructure

Platform access credentials provided voluntarily for CAMS execution including Meta Ads Manager, website platform, CRM, and email or SMS automation systems

Communication records from booking form submissions, diagnostic conversations, and ongoing partnership correspondence
All information is collected through direct submission via our booking form, diagnostic conversations with Jonh Pril Bacus or designated JPB Solutions representatives, and standard website analytics tools.
How We Use Your Information
Information collected by JPB Solutions is used exclusively for the following purposes:

Executing the five components of CAMS inside the partner's existing infrastructure

Managing campaign performance, optimization decisions, and strategic reporting throughout the partnership

Communicating service updates, performance reports, and strategic recommendations to authorized partner representatives

Maintaining records required for contractual and legal compliance

Improving the quality and effectiveness of CAMS execution across partner engagements
JPB Solutions does not use partner information for purposes unrelated to the delivery of acquisition services. We do not sell, rent, or trade personal or business information to third parties for marketing or commercial purposes.
Meta Ads Platform Data
CAMS operates exclusively through Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram). In the course of executing CAMS, JPB Solutions team members access partner Meta Ads Manager accounts to build, manage, and optimize campaigns on the partner's behalf.
The following applies to all Meta platform data:

Access to Meta Ads Manager is granted by the partner and used solely for campaign execution and performance reporting

JPB Solutions does not transfer, store, or replicate Meta platform data outside of the tools necessary for campaign management

All advertising spend is paid directly by the partner to Meta. JPB Solutions does not handle advertising spend payments and does not have access to partner payment methods

Upon termination of a partnership, JPB Solutions removes all team member access from the partner's Meta Ads Manager within fifteen business days as specified in the partnership agreement
Meta's own data processing practices are governed by Meta's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. JPB Solutions operates within Meta's Business Partner standards and does not override or circumvent Meta's platform data protections.
Data Protection and Security
JPB Solutions implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect partner information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. Security measures include:

Restricted internal access to partner information on a need-to-know basis aligned to role and workstream

Secure credential management for all platform access granted by partners

Confidentiality obligations binding all JPB Solutions team members as a condition of engagement

Regular review of access permissions, particularly following team structure changes
In the event of a data security incident that affects partner information, JPB Solutions will notify affected partners within a reasonable timeframe and take immediate steps to investigate, contain, and remediate the incident in accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
Data Retention
JPB Solutions retains partner data for as long as the partnership agreement is active and for a defined period following termination.
Upon termination of a partnership agreement for any reason:

Performance data and strategic documentation are retained for ninety days following the termination date for transition purposes

After ninety days, all partner data is permanently deleted from JPB Solutions systems

Access removal from all partner accounts and platforms is completed within fifteen business days of the termination date
For prospective partners who do not proceed to a partnership agreement, information submitted through the booking form or diagnostic process is retained for no longer than twelve months and is used solely for the purpose of partnership evaluation.
Partner and Client Rights
In accordance with the Data Privacy Act of 2012, business partners and prospective partners have the following rights with respect to their personal and business information held by JPB Solutions:

The right to be informed of how their information is collected and used

The right to access information held about them upon written request

The right to correct inaccurate or incomplete information

The right to request deletion of their information subject to contractual and legal retention obligations

The right to object to processing of their information for purposes beyond those stated in this policy
Requests relating to any of the above rights may be submitted in writing to JPB Solutions through the contact information provided at the end of this policy. Requests will be acknowledged within five business days and resolved within thirty days of receipt. Where resolution requires additional time due to complexity, the requesting party will be informed of the expected timeline.
Third-Party Disclosure
JPB Solutions does not share partner or prospective partner information with third parties except in the following limited circumstances:

Sharing with Meta (Facebook) platforms as necessary for campaign execution, governed by Meta's own Terms of Service and privacy standards

Sharing with tools used in CAMS execution including website platforms, CRM systems, and email or SMS automation platforms, strictly limited to what is necessary for system deployment within the partner's own accounts

Disclosure required by applicable Philippine law, regulation, or valid legal process
All third-party platforms through which JPB Solutions operates are accessed within the partner's own accounts and infrastructure. JPB Solutions does not create parallel data repositories of partner information in third-party systems.
